Midlife as a Threshold: What the Research and My Clients Teach Me
Midlife is not a crisis. For many women I work with, it is a reckoning — a layered, unfolding process of asking: what do I actually want?
Senior Practitioner Coach · EMCC Global · Berlin
A space to listen beneath the surface: not to fix or optimize, but to discover what's already trying to emerge. For individuals and for those leading mission-driven work.
Where are you?
Each path has its own texture. Explore what resonates with where you are.
You are navigating a transition, facing burnout, or seeking to understand more deeply how you move through the world. There is nothing broken. You are in process.
You lead an NGO, social enterprise, or mission-driven startup. The work is meaningful, and so are the human dynamics that shape it. Through supervision-informed coaching, I support founders, directors, and teams in navigating the relational side of organizational life.
My academic background in Political Science and Social Work informs how I approach both individuals and organizations, with attention to personal development and to the relational, institutional systems in which we are embedded.
My coaching practice is informed by both Western psychological frameworks and Eastern contemplative traditions. This isn't about throwing everything into the same pot. It's about working thoughtfully with what is needed in each situation.

Midlife is not a crisis. For many women I work with, it is a reckoning — a layered, unfolding process of asking: what do I actually want?
Complex systems — organisations, relationships, life transitions — do not yield to simple answers. What they ask of us is presence, not solutions.
In a culture that rewards speed and relentless productivity, choosing to pause can feel radical. Yet it is often in stillness that the most significant shifts occur.
