Approach

Listening Beneath the Surface

I work with individuals navigating complexity, whether that is personal loss, professional transition, or the responsibility of leading others. This work often involves meeting moments of uncertainty or grief that accompany change. I see life as a creative and unfolding process, shaped by the questions we ask, the relationships we nurture, and the attention we bring to our experience. Rather than rushing toward solutions, we slow down to reflect, stay with what is unfolding, and strengthen your capacity to respond with clarity, integrity, and agency.

Background & Training

Background & Training

Academic Foundation

My academic background in Political Science and Social Work informs how I approach both individuals and organizations, with attention not only to personal development, but to the relational, institutional, and societal systems in which we are embedded.

Professional Training

I am trained in integrative psychotherapy and accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC Global). My professional background also includes leadership development coaching, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and supervision. I am currently completing supervision training at Oxford Brookes University.

While my work is non-clinical, my therapeutic training enables me to engage emotional and psychological processes with depth, ethical awareness, and clear professional boundaries.

Body-Mind Integration

Over the years, I have deepened my work through body-mind modalities that support embodied awareness and presence:

  • Certified Shiatsu Practitioner
  • 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training

How I Approach This Work

Rather than focusing only on solutions, this work creates space to reflect, think critically about what is unfolding, and understand the conditions shaping your situation. From this understanding, more grounded choices and forms of agency can emerge.

My practice is informed by Western psychological frameworks, including systems theory, relational psychology, integrative and somatic approaches, alongside Eastern contemplative traditions such as mindfulness and philosophical inquiry. These perspectives are not blended mechanically; they offer different ways of paying attention, which I draw on in response to what each person or situation calls for.

For Individuals

For Individuals

I work with people navigating loss, transition, relational challenges, or questions of direction and meaning. There is nothing broken, you are in a process. My role is to offer a steady reflective space where emotional experience, critical thinking, and the capacity for choice can develop together.

For Organizations

For Organizations

I work primarily with purpose-driven organizations, social initiatives, and educational or impact-oriented environments. Through leadership development coaching and supervision-informed work, I support founders, directors, and teams in navigating the human side of organizational life: culture, conflict, leadership presence, and relational dynamics.

What Makes This Work Different

01

Non-Clinical, But Deeply Informed

While my work is non-clinical, my therapeutic training enables me to engage psychological processes with depth, ethical awareness, and clear professional boundaries. The focus remains forward-oriented: on agency, clarity, and what you want to create in your life.

02

Cross-Cultural & Systemic

My life has unfolded across cultures shaped by history, migration, and collective narratives. I bring to this work a sensitivity to identity, power, belonging, and the invisible contexts that shape individual lives, and organizational ones.

03

Process Over Outcomes

This is a layered, unfolding process. Not a checklist of goals to achieve in six weeks. Real development is non-linear, deeply personal, and often surprises us. I'm here to be a steady companion through that process, not to fast-track it.

04

Purpose-Driven, Not Corporate

I work almost exclusively with individuals and organizations driven by purpose. If your work matters to you, and to the world, we'll likely be a good fit.

Important: This Is Non-Clinical Coaching

While I have a background in integrative psychotherapy, my work as a coach is non-clinical. I do not provide therapy or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, I will support you in finding appropriate clinical resources. Coaching is a forward-oriented developmental process and is not a substitute for therapy.
