Complex systems — organisations, relationships, life transitions — do not yield to simple answers. What they ask of us is presence, not solutions.

I often work with leaders who arrive carrying the weight of problems they believe they must solve alone. The supervision space offers something different: a place to think together, to name what is difficult, and to rediscover the agency that complexity can obscure.

Navigating complexity does not mean finding the exit. It means developing the capacity to stay — curious, grounded, and in relationship with what is.
